What will the judges be scoring on?
MBJ judges will be putting heavy consideration into:

  • Early career success – Has this person quickly climbed the ranks or led important initiatives? Did they start and grow a business from the ground up?
  • Leadership – What have they done to stand out from their peers?
  • Career potential – What has this person accomplished to show they are on a path to future success?
  • Community involvement – What community service has this person participated in?
What have they done to show commitment to the community?

Quality, not quantity of nominations is what counts. Thorough nominations that include supporting documents and create a whole picture of the nominee are encouraged.
