Mary Blaney joined Burlington Capital in January 2017 as Corporate Controller. As Vice President of Finance, Mary is responsible for strategic financial planning and the management of accounting, treasury, and internal control over financial reporting. Among her various responsibilities, Mary actively assists with tax planning related to the funds and its investors and oversees several divestitures and acquisitions for Burlington Capital Real Estate funds. Ms. Blaney serves as Chief Financial Officer of Burlington Capital’s real estate investment trusts. Ms. Blaney previously worked for RSM US LLP, the 5th largest accounting firm in the US, where she specialized in assurance and consulting in the financial services industry. Ms. Blaney graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Ms. Blaney is a Certified Public Accountant. Burlington Capital is an alternative investment manager focused on real estate, international agribusiness, and private equity.
