The 40 Under 40 winners convened with their colleagues, friends and family for a celebration of their accomplishments. In its 21st year, the awards celebration was moved to an evening event. The new format allowed for more networking, mingling and celebration for the 2022 class of winners and their guests.

The sold-out event featured a cocktail party atmosphere and a ceremony that included inspiring words from Veta Jeffery, the Greater Omaha Chamber president and the Entrepreneurs of the Year, Buildertrend co-owners Dan Houghton, Jeff Dugger and Steve Dugger.

40 Under 40 recognizes 40 leaders under the age of 40 who have made a significant impact on their businesses and community early in their careers. The Midlands Business Journal panel of judges took innovation, perseverance, community involvement and leadership into account when selecting the 2022 class.

If you know an inspiring young professional, consider nominating them for the 2023 awards. Nominations open March 1 at MBJ.com.
