Today, The James Skinner Co. (J. Skinner), one of the premiere bakery manufacturers in the U.S., is proud to announce the hiring of Agust Gunnarsson as Master Baker.

Agust Gunnarsson is a member of the International Master Baker’s Guild with more than 25 years of baker research, development, production, and consultation, most recently working as the Vice President of Research and Development Master Baker at Epi Breads. Agust received his Master Baker education at the University of Iceland and Baker and Fine Pastry education from the Culinary Institute of Iceland.
