With a career spanning over 20 years Dunn’s areas of practice include probate administration, estate planning and family law. Dunn has practical experience ranging from drafting wills, powers of attorney for health care and for financial matters, testamentary trusts, revocable living trusts, charitable trusts, and special needs trusts.
An Omaha native, Dunn graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Political Science from Trinity University in San Antonio and received a Juris Doctor from the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America located in Washington D.C. As a law student, Catherine worked as an Associate Editor for CommLaw Conspectus: Journal of Telecommunications Policy and Law and as Editor-in-Chief of the Judicial Notice, Columbus School of Law’s school newspaper.
Catherine’s passion for law extends from a belief that the law touches every part of society. Dunn is currently a member of the Omaha Bar Association, Nebraska Bar Association and The Robert M. Spire American Inn of Court.
