Growing up in his family’s restaurant business, Charlie gained valuable experience in the industry. After earning a BS in Economics, he began his career at Goldman Sachs in New York where he worked his way to Vice President. He returned to Omaha after his desire for the family business reignited in 2009. He bought into the business and has been instrumental in expanding the Hiro 88 concepts and Local Beer Patio Kitchen to 10 locations around the state.
