Dan Morris, CPA, joined Frankel in 2012, graduating from the University of Nebraska Lincoln with his B.S.B.A in accounting and Master of Professional Accountancy. Morris is also accredited by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) in business valuation.
Morris specializes in business valuation for mergers & acquisitions, employee stock option plans, shareholder disputes, divorce, litigation support, lost profits and damages, forensic accounting, and federal gift and estate tax planning. He also provides a variety of tax compliance and planning services for pass-through entities and their owners, as well as trusts, estates, and employee benefit plans.
