Daniel Florance, from Papillion, NE, joins the firm’s business and corporate practice group. He will assist clients with a broad range of general corporate and business matters, including entity formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, and the review and drafting of all types of business contracts. Daniel received his Juris Doctor from the Creighton University School of Law in 2023, graduating Magna Cum Laude and with a Concentration in Litigation. In law school, Daniel was nominated to The Order of Barristers and Alpha Sigma Nu, and was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Negotiation. Prior to law school, Daniel earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Aviation from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
