Fraser Stryker PC LLO is pleased to welcome attorney Emily R. Langdon to the Firm’s employee benefits, ERISA, and executive compensation team. Emily advises businesses on health and welfare benefits, qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, equity incentive plans, and benefits issues related to mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions. She has experience advising clients on implementing and operating multiple employer welfare arrangements and employee stock ownership plans.
In addition to her extensive benefits experience, Emily regularly assists healthcare and pharmacy benefit management clients with matters relating to HIPAA compliance, healthcare reform, practitioner employment agreements, compensation and non-disclosure agreements, and compensation plans.
Emily earned her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
