Terracon announces the hiring of Frank Uhlarik in the Omaha office. Frank comes to Terracon with over 35 years of experience in environmental restoration, regulatory compliance, and sustainability planning. A Geological Engineering graduate of the Colorado School of Mines, Frank has served in a variety of management positions in the Department of Defense, a major railroad, manufacturing, consulting and most recently as the Sustainability and Compliance Administrator for the City of Lincoln, Nebraska. An experienced Brownfields project manager, Frank is supporting Terracon’s Brownfields services in the North Central Division with an added focus on climate mitigation.
