Grant K. Dugdale has more than three decades of experience in a broad range of labor and employment law matters. He represents public and private employers in employment litigation in state and federal courts, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other employment-related claims. Before joining the firm, Grant worked as an Assistant Iowa Attorney General for more than 26 years where he counseled and represented state agencies in a wide array of matters; while there, he also served as general counsel for the Iowa Civil Rights Commission.
