Congratulations to Ian Johnson who has been named Audit Partner for Deloitte & Touche LLP in the Omaha area. Ian has over 20 years of public accounting experience working with both public and private companies across a variety of industries. Spending most of his career in Omaha, he focuses largely on serving local clients and growing the Nebraska and Iowa marketplace. Specific to financial services, Ian has served depository institutions, finance companies, investment funds, introducing and clearing broker dealers, and insurance companies. Ian’s technical focus areas include M&A, SOX/IPO readiness, accounting for credit losses, securitization transactions, and fair value of financial instruments. Ian strives to fully understand his clients’ business and operations, anticipate their needs, and provide valuable insights along the way. He is also active in the community and serves on the Habitat for Humanity of Omaha Finance Committee as well as coaches youth sports.
