Castle Contracting has expanded its Omaha office with the addition of John Bruegman as Field Operations Manager.
In joining Castle, Bruegman merged his 22-year-old excavation contracting company—Bruegman Excavation—with Castle’s growing Omaha team.
“We could not be prouder that an industry veteran like John has chosen to bring a concentrated focus on critical aspects of our business: our craft workforce, fleet and shop,” said Castle Senior Vice President Michael Pranger.
Founded in 1995, Castle expanded to Omaha after overseeing excavation and utilities work for the Omaha VA Ambulatory Care Center. Building on that success, Castle has expanded its local presence by excavating for local mechanical and electrical contractors on numerous projects, including Clearway Energy distribution lines, NexCore medical office buildings, Gretna East High School, the General Fire & Safety office building and Gretna Crossing Park Community Recreational and Aquatic Center.
