August 14, 2023 (OMAHA, Neb.) – Dvorak Law Group, LLC is pleased to welcome Kalen F. Peterson to the firm’s Business and Corporate practice group. Peterson, an Aberdeen, SD native, is a 2021 graduate of the University of the Nebraska College of Law, where she completed the Business Transactions Program of Concentrated Study.
Peterson’s practice will concentrate on business and corporate matters, including entity formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, and reviewing and drafting business contracts. A multi-faceted attorney, she will also support the firm’s Banking and Finance and Real Estate practice groups.
