Chief Industries, Inc. is thrilled to announce the appointment of Kari Fluckey as the team’s new Human Resources Director. With more than a decade of extensive experience in human resources management, Fluckey brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. In her new role, Fluckey will lead the Human Resources department, overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational culture enhancement. With a proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives, she will play a pivotal role in fostering Chief’s commitment to employee growth and engagement.
Prior to joining Chief, Fluckey held key leadership positions at several prominent companies, where she spearheaded initiatives that optimized HR processes, strengthened employee engagement, and supported business growth. Fluckey holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.
