Metonic is proud to announce that Kassie Inness has been promoted to President of Metonic Real Estate Solutions. Kassie currently leads Apogee Professional Services and all of Metonic’s development projects. Kassie started with Metonic in 2018 as VP of Project Management.
Since founding Apogee in 2019, she has led development strategies resulting in over 1,300 new apartment homes and managed over $342MM in ground-up construction projects. Kassie has nearly 20 years of experience in project management, high-end residential construction, and multifamily development and property management.
Kassie will lead the combined Metonic and Apogee teams in her new role while providing organizational leadership to a dynamic group of real estate investment professionals.
