Katelin O’Connor, from Grand Island, NE, joins the firm’s estate and business succession planning practice group. She will assist clients with the preparation of their estate plans, including preparation of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, advance directives, and related estate planning documents. Katelin received her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2023, with high distinction. She completed both an individualized program of concentrated study in Business and Tax Planning, as well as the Wealth Management Law Program concentrated study. In law school, Katelin was the recipient of two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards and was a published author in the Nebraska Law Review. Prior to law school, Katelin earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Nebraska Wesleyan University, graduating with highest distinction.
