Core Bank is pleased to announce the growth of the Core Bank mortgage team with the addition of Lesley Valadez, a Bilingual Mortgage Loan Originator. Valadez joined Core Bank in February 2023, with 7 years of experience in the banking industry. She is fluent in Spanish and English and is dedicated to making the home-buying journey go as smoothly and as enjoyable as possible for her clients. Her objective is to determine the type of financing that best suits her client’s needs and to help her clients understand the complete process. “I have helped many people in the community with bank loans ranging from consolidation to HELOCs, so it only felt natural to move into the mortgage industry to help people purchase a home,” shared Valadez.
Whether it be a first-time home, upgrading, downsizing, investing, or refinancing a home, she is eager to tackle it all!
