Lindsay Velez, from Fremont, NE, joins the firm’s litigation and trial practice group. She will represent businesses, governmental entities, and individuals on a variety of litigation matters including contract disputes, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, civil rights claims, negligence, fraud, and insurance disputes. Lindsay received her Juris Doctor from the Creighton University School of Law in 2023, where she graduated cum laude with a Certificate in Litigation. Prior to law school, Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Creighton University with a minor in legal studies, graduating magna cum laude.
