The Omaha marketing firm recently promoted Megan Jenkins to the position of director of client success.
An expert in project management, Jenkins will be responsible for leading E&S’s team of project managers as a key member of its leadership team. She will also oversee the resourcing and trafficking of all work through the agency and will develop and implement client success philosophies and standards across all accounts.
Chief Marketing Officer Ashley Bails says that Jenkins’ passion for coaching and development and her proven success in account management made her the ideal person for the role.
