Lamp Rynearson names McIntosh Office Leader, promotes two

Lamp Rynearson promotes from within to foster a legacy of leadership. Mike McIntosh, PE, CFM will serve as the Omaha Office Leader and Design Group Leader. Supporting private projects Joe Flaxbeard, PE, ENV-SP fills the role of Design Group Private Practice Lead, and Caleb Synder, PE oversees municipal project expertise as the Public Practice Lead.

Leading with excellence McIntosh will continue as the Design Group Leader and plays a pivotal role as Office Leader in daily operations, resource planning, project management excellence, and client retention, serving a broad range of industries. McIntosh is a Professional Engineer (PE), and Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) with 25 years of experience in civil engineering. He has managed notable projects including the Capitol District Redevelopment, and Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium projects. He also served as the Utilities Coordinator for the City of Omaha Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Program.

Shaping community with vision Joe Flaxbeard, PE, ENV-SP, will lead land development, redevelopment, and private projects within Lamp Rynearson’s Design Group as the Private Practice Lead. For over 16 years, his focus has been on delivering community-changing projects, most recently overseeing the Crossroads Redevelopment project at 72nd and Dodge.

Leading public infrastructure with expertise Caleb Snyder, PE, ENV-SP steps into the role as Public Practice Lead. Snyder brings 13 years of experience in technical design and field knowledge. Municipal clients value his human-centric approach to solving complex design challenges from the North Omaha Trail to reimagining the North Omaha Industrial Business Park.
