Pete works with companies in all aspects of employee benefits, including nonqualified deferred compensation, incentive compensation, equity ownership, qualified retirement plans, health and welfare benefits, and general employment law matters. His focus spans the complexities of executive compensation and employment law, offering creative and effective solutions to complex problems on the federal, state, and local levels. Additionally, he skillfully drafts and reviews employment agreements while delivering strategic guidance on labor, employment, and benefits concerns, including their governing regulations. Pete earned an LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law. Additionally, he holds his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln
