DLR Group has appointed Rachel Andersen, NCIDQ, IIDA, to associate. Andersen graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science-Design. In her role, she is responsible for collaborating on the design of projects from pre-design and programming through construction administration on projects ranging in size and complexity. Additionally, she develops comprehensive project palettes of materials and finishes, prepares 3D renderings and presentation drawings, and generates interior finish drawings and details, all the while maintaining an awareness of the project scope, schedule, fee, and budget.
