Lanoha Real Estate Company, (LREC) is proud to introduce Stephen Harris as the new Director of Development. Harris brings deep knowledge of the real estate industry as a highly experienced architect and leader managing many complex, high-profile projects. He will provide his skills to the development side of the business with LREC working with company President, Jason Lanoha.
As a leader and designer for a variety of project types and scales, he is well-versed in taking on high-profile or challenging projects that create meaningful value for their owners, users, and communities. Harris brings broad experience, including national and international corporate, commercial, public, multifamily, and master plan projects. Previous projects include the new Mutual of Omaha Tower, the Minnesota Senate Building, and Northwestern Mutual Tower and Commons in Milwaukee. Harris will focus on furthering business development and managing activities related to the design and construction process.
