Hightower Reff Law is pleased to announce the promotion of Tosha Rae Heavican to the position of Partner with the firm. Ms. Heavican became an associate with the firm in 2018 and focuses her practice on estate planning & probate, business law, contracts, guardianship & conservatorships and adoptions. Tosha received her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Doane University. She has turned her lifelong enthusiasm for helping others into a legal career that is both professionally successful and personally rewarding. As a court visitor, Tosha has assisted adult disabled persons through the guardianship process and helped families navigate the complicated probate system after the passing of a loved one. She was named to the 2017-18 Nebraska Bar Leadership Academy and enjoys being an active member of both the Nebraska and Iowa bars.
